Stay was fine. Thought facility was a little overpriced.

Very good location. Room was attractive. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My three days staying at the Rivoli were exceptional and other guests were friendly.

I like the hotel because it was clean and near the station. I liked that it was easy to walk everywhere in the city. Dining in the restaurant was a bonus for a solo traveller. The hotel lounges were spacious and inviting.

I didn’t like the single room as it was narrow.

My stay was good and I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Florence.

The room was a good size room. Breakfast comprised a good selection of food and drinks. Dinner and breakfast staff were particularly obliging.

Converted convent was a classic building Staff were very friendly.Breakfast was good .Wonderful shower in room.Within walking distance of all the major sites and also the train station.

Lovely Florence

We were able to check in early which is always a bonus. As a return visitor (previously stayed here in 2018) we were given a welcome drink voucher which was appreciated. The included breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed our stay there.

The spa was slightly too hot to use - only because Florence was in a heat wave.

Lovely first experience in Italy. Would definitely stay again.

Good breakfast selection. Location great for train stn and walking to attractions. Front desk staff was most welcoming and personable; always smiling and greeting me when I was leaving or returning; helpful regarding directions and walking distances. Bartender was great, very attentive and knowledgeable; friendly, spending time chatting with customers. The outdoor courtyard for beverages was delightful. Beautiful relaxed setting.

Dinner service was awful. I asked if it was ok to order a dinner at 9:15pm and was assured it was fine. Then the waiter was pushing me to leave, wanting to take my plate away before I finished. Very rude. Most of the jets in the hot tub were not functional. That was disappointing since that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, only 10 minutes walk to the center and close to train station. Great stay!

Breakfast was in a lovely courtyard, great selection of food items and very welcoming staff!

The beds were a little hard for my liking.

Nice hotel near train station & 15-minute walk to center. I‘d rate it a 7.5

Great room, comfortable and well-appointed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Free pass to a nice fitness studio nearby. Charming, cozy decor throughout.

It‘s overrated for what it is. Not a 4-star superior hotel in my experience. Spa costs €70 extra and is pretty simple. Normally for this level hotel you don’t have to pay for the spa. Hotel advertises a swimming pool but it is a jacuzzi.

the breakfast was limited compared to other hotels, no eggs prepared the way you like, the only option was scrambled eggs.

i think the breakfast was my only disappointment.

Wonderful

Great location, pool, lounge areas, and breakfast. Very unique layout for dining, with beautiful outdoor spaces. Clean room and bathroom, secure, lots of power outlets, good wifi and A/C, nice to have kettle in the room. Room slippers were a very nice touch.

Room was much smaller than expected but typical for European cities. No vent for bathroom, so you need to open the window. If you wish to sleep with the window open and are a light sleeper, you might encounter some noise (not unreasonable levels at all). In my case, I prefer the A/C and once the windows are closed, it is completely quiet.
